I could name a few of the ranches along that road just off the top of my head. If you told me which one, I could probably tell you exactly where it is. My mother's family grew up near Valentine.

Bill Burr is a legend. Probably my favorite comedian of all times. If you haven't yet, watch that whole special. I think that one and a few others are on Netflix right now. The guy is brilliant.

I wonder what Bill Burr has to say about internet message boarders. None of my friends even know or would ever guess that I actually comment here. Some of them might even be a little shocked. Of course, some of them would be surprised that I know how to type and spell so well. I probably wouldn't hear the end of it.

Yep, I know exactly where that is. We stayed at Aub and Dorothy's cabins a few times back when Aub was still alive. Some really good fishing out there.

My Uncle Aub was one of my favorite people on the planet, and my Aunt Dorothy was a character...

And some very good fishing out there...

Both great people. We really enjoyed visiting with them when we stayed out there. We'll be heading back out that way at the beginning of June. Going fishing out there is one of the last real family traditions we have left, so that area definitely has a special place in my heart.
