    Mr. Bateman got taken out like, well, Mr. Bateman taking out a ball carrier by the second dose of his shot today. Worst pain I've been in in a while. Anyone else?

    @Decoy73 Yeah I had a similar response to you to the first one. Just a very sore arm. I was shocked by how hard the second one hit me. Definitely a good immune response but it destroyed me yesterday. Hope today/tomorrow go smoothly for you!

    @knapplc From what I gather symptoms vary pretty wildly from person to person but if you don't have shortness of breath the fatigue is the worst. Obviously I don't have anything to complain about compared to anyone who got the disease. Hope you recover as quickly as possible with no long term symptoms man.

    @Danny Bateman The variety of symptoms person to person is the oddest thing about this disease. You could talk to ten people and they'd have ten different varieties of the dozen symptoms associated with this junk. It's really odd.

    @knapplc That sucks.  Best of luck with the recovery.  I know a few people who have had the long lasting fatigue.  It eventually has gotten better for them.  Hopefully there's not other effects you're dealing with too.  Then there's the long lasting lack of taste/smell.  My brother had that for about two to three months before it got better.  A couple others I know complained of unusually fast hear rates with only moderate exercise post-covid.  And then the whole "long Covid" thing. Geez. Strange disease indeed.

    @Danny Bateman   word of caution. I had one very similar to this that had a little white tube hooking to the water line. Woke up one morning around 1am to the sound of water and the carpet outside of my bathroom was wet and there was about an inch of water in there. It had become disconnected from the bidet and there wasn't any mechanism to stop it from just continuing to run.

    @JJ Husker  the cold water doesn't feel as bad as you'd think back there.

    Anyhow, I really liked it before all that happened and I want to get a real one once I have a house.

    Got some old Tyson fights in his prime on ESPN2 tonight. Pretty fun watch for somebody who was far to young to remember.

    Amen on all of that @Xmas32. Thanks for the tip on that 30 for 30. Been meaning to watch more of those. Loved the one on Tommy Morrison. 

    It also help that MMA is on multiple times a week now. Tonight they've got a new Contender Series episode with 5 fights. There are frequently Bellator tourneys on Thursdays in regular times. And Fight Nights or UFC ___ most weekends. They've done an excellent job promoting their sport and filling the vacuum left as boxing has waned.

    @JJ Husker I love watching old boxing matches. Ali is like watching a piece of art being created; smooth, agile, and creative, he gets in you head psychologically. Tyson is a thing of terror; pure rage with manic power and speed, he's in your head because he's scary as s#!t.

    4 Noses Brewery in Broomfield is really good. I've liked everything I've tried of theirs.

    @deedsker Santa Fe Brewing is very underrated. I don't like coffee-flavored beer, but I really like their IPAs and their seasonals (Farmhouse Ale and Winter something were excellent).

    @RedDenver Never had any of their other stuff. I make sure to get some java stout when I visit Colorado. Never been to New Mexico and haven’t found it elsewhere.

    We've been told the site has to allow ads to monetarily function.  How and why would it then pay to advertise when it doesn't sell anything (besides ad space)? Is it like paying a credit card bill by perpetually charging another credit card? :facepalm:

    Obviously, the logical solution is for HB to create more screen space on which to sell impressions and then to advertise itself more in said spaces. It will be like viewing a mirror in a mirror. No need to be concerned if the site is functional or has any content as long as people can see ever increasing ads.

    Digital economics is the new rocket science.

    I hate to see places like that go. I didn’t even know the place but can tell from their menu that another piece of Americana is gone.

    So far, I only know of one local restaurant that has closed for good and they were relatively new, only a couple years old.

    FWIW, I wasn't saying the Robert E Lee dish was racist. I just thought it was weird that an Omaha, Nebraska restaurant would only give one dish a name and they named it after Robert E Lee, a confederate douche.
