  Do you think the cost per student has increased slightly since then?

I would assume it has.

Do you think State revenues have increased slightly since then? 

And do we know what programs that the DOE currently funds for PA is being proposed to be taken away?

Tomorrow kids go to each class for like 10 minutes to sign out and then go to awards ceremony; we are done at 11.  Today is our last full day, and kids have nothing meaningful to do.

I absolutely can not imagine someone defending this.  I really hope Harvard throws it right back to them with a lawsuit.  

This is the dumbest thing I've heard all day.  (It would be more than a day but....you know....we are talking about this administration).

Brilliant people come from all over the world to this institution.  Many of them stay here helping our country in many ways.

My first thought was....just ignore this and admit foreign students.  But...the administration would just not give them student visas.
