KD can't even get to the finals anymore, so he can't even miss a shot in the finals. Ha

I still say Bulls in 6.

And I like KD, I liked him even when he was at UT.

God no they did not bring it every night.  They would have been undefeated.   During the regular season those guys were buys gambling and drinking before games.  

Barkley is a top 50 all time player, it makes sense he would go off.

Also, AI is better than steph.

I commend you on how quickly you can move the goalposts and change your arguments.

Are you now going to try to insist that Barkley scoring is evidence that Curry could score even though Jordan didn't guard Barkley either?

You are not making reasonable comparisons.  And you're assuming childhood biases because you don't have an actual argument to make to defend your case.

 
Let's totally move the goalposts to last night's game: the playoffs are about killer instinct and the Philadelphia 76ers just don't have it. 

The Suns are inexperienced in the playoffs, but they already look like closers.

Yeah, the networks can't be happy. Atlanta and the Clippers wouldn't help much, either. 

Small markets and no LeBron James or Steph Curry. 

LA is a big market, but I don't think there's a lot of Clippers love out there. 

But if you're a basketball fan, this last weekend had some pretty thrilling ball. That Nets/Bucks Game 7 will be remembered. 

 
I could have done without the two hours of replay reviews, but the end of last night's Suns/Clippers game was pretty epic. 

For all the talk about superstars on here, it's the unheralded role players stepping up that makes the difference.

Booker is a star in the making, and Ayton has the makings of a perennial all-star. All of this without CP3, too.

Too be clear, we're both arguing something that can't be proven.

Well.... Somebody was guarding Barkley. If they couldn't stop Barkley, there's at least a (likely) chance that Curry could go off on him.

And it is childhood bias. You're acting like the 90's Bulls were untouchable.

How many Finals did the 90s Bulls get to?

How many did they lose?

The 90s Knicks would have ground down a few of the modern teams people are pimping in this thread. The game has changed so much to finesse that people forget the pounding those teams put on each other game in and game out.

The late 80s Pistons would have worn down many of the last decade's teams in a seven game series.

The 80s Lakers & Celtics would have given any team in the last decade a run for their money.

Bird and Magic and Isiah and Dumars may be ancient history to most folks in this thread, but those dudes could ball and KD and Lebron and Curry would fit in, but would absolutely not be dominant among those dudes.

And the 90s Bulls beat all of them. In two iterations, pre- and post-Jordan "retirement."
