I think the Liberty QB is transferring to CU.  Which seems like a good fit for them.

Yeah, if the Raiders wanted to trade up to take Shedeur it would cost them a lot. Of course Deion could threaten teams to not take Shedeur, but that doesn’t work in the NFL without compensation of a trade.
