I think you're right, I'd be surprised if he stays on board. Understandable in a way as the job is Raiola's to lose over the next three to four years. Not too concerning at this point though, plenty of time between now and signing day for the class to settle.Let me speculate here a little. I have been wanting to say this for a month or so when it comes to Lateef. Here we go.
This situation feels like one where he jumped in because he had a guaranteed spot. Don't be surprised to hear about him taking surprise visits elsewhere and maybe not even end up in the class by the end of it all. Also, he was quiet before he committed and even more so since. I think he has one foot out currently and I don't think he's peer recruiting either.
Yes, there was an article during the Elite 11 that came out and said similar things but I am not basing this off that.

FWIW, he's not following any of the other committed recruits in the class, nor Raiola. Not a huge deal, but a little odd nonetheless.
I’ve been watching the throws and covering the Elite 11 since it started with guys like Brock Berlin and Casey Clausen throwing. My personal order for the Elite 11 this summer is as follows…
13. TJ Lateef, Nebraska
— He has a wonky release but he reads the play quickly and is decisive as he was at his best in 7on7.
Lateef has been peer recruiting Mills along with Franklin but I don't expect anything to come out of it. We have been talking with Oregon's current QB commit which tells me that the coaches aren't just sitting back and being content.
Dropped to an 89 3 star on 247. Gotta be staying with his commitment.Heard he was dropped to a 3*
