Hmm. I just noticed that alot of his posts have been getting +1'd by MM. And the guy almost never posts.FWIW, almost all of MountainMan's IP addresses resolve to California and the west coast.
SPH's mostly resolve to Minnesota.
He's been like this since the "great bannings" with Polo and crew. He was part of the bully group that would pile one anyone they disagreed with. It's painfully obvious that he's doing this to get a reaction. He's basically acting like a child dragging their foot on the other side of the line while staring at you. He's smart enough to not go overboard and make it obvious that he should be removed. He's hoping to do just enough to get banned, so that we look like the bad guys, and get people to turn on us.He's been around a long time and, despite how disagreeable he's become, it would be sad to lose him. A significant portion of his strategy seems to revolve around fighting with others, and although it's not a direct violation of board rules, it would be conduct detrimental to the board.
I think the other sad truth is he knows what he's doing and he's probably trying to see what he can do to get banned. It's almost like watching somebody knowingly throw away something good they've got going in their life. It's too bad that he can't seem to get past his dislike for the leadership team and direction of the board.
I know, it was more of knee jerk reaction. I remember he was trolling Nuance about his religion before he left.Eh, it's in the Shed and it's fairly tame.
People don't have to like each other. He obviously doesn't like some. I don't think it's worth the effort - for this anyway.
I don't remember that he really "ran off" NUance. I thought there were a couple others who were much more in that discussion. Perhaps I'm not remembering everything though.
