He did order them and then those individuals carried out those orders. The same way your local police, government, etc would do the same. Claiming they are just following the law. Or military orders. I can at least see the point of the tweet. 

Obviously...they are not on the same plane but some of these insane masking mandates and shutting down/ticketing people on the beach, skate parks, etc. The reality is a vast majority of people would follow these orders to avoid repercussions even though they were moronic.

I am saying that people will carry out orders that they disagree with in order to bypass repercussions to themselves or their families. Your local police would do the same.

I don't agree with the point I am just saying I am understanding what he is trying to say. He is saying that they complied. Obviously under threat (which is lacking in that dumb tweet) so it is a stupid statement but I see what he is attempting to say. But it is dumb. Nazification of the country is an immaculate stretch. Fascist, nazi, and racist have been incredibly diluted in todays society.

Maybe they would and that would make them despicable people. Ultimately the only defense to this behavior is staunch defiance against it. Still doesn't change the fact it was Hitler, Mao and Stalin who is responsible for the deaths. Its a really dumb point to make and and even dumber one for someone like Elon to repost.

Yes that's why the richest man on earth did a nazi salute TWICE at the presidential inauguration. I can really feel the dilution.

Honestly to me it looked like an autistic guy who is permanently online wanted to look cool while trying to do the roman salute and ended up looking like a goofball but I can understand why someone would arrive at that conclusion. They do look very similar and would be best to avoid doing so.

The roman salute isn't a thing. I would post an hour long video on nazi symbols, how they were created and why it's ridiculous to think Elon was doing a 'roman salute' but I doubt you'd watch it. The guy from apartheid era south Africa who had grandparents who believed Hitler was a good dude was just roman saluting then, instead of apologizing for what clearly looked like a sieg heil, doubled down with holocaust jokes. Cmon bro that is absolutely  ridiculous. What would it take for you to believe he is a nazi? Does he need to be shooting human remains into space in his rockets before you will label him as such? You do realize nazis were nazis before they genocided anyone right?
