Netflix & streaming video stuff worth watching

Watch Severance. Also, the script writer was working in a door factory when he started writing it. Ben Stiller picked it up.

During Episode 1 of The Severance Podcast, Erickson revealed that shortly after he moved to Los Angeles, the door factory was the first office job that he found on Craigslist. “I was very grateful for that job. And the people there were very nice and treated me very kindly. But it was the last thing in the world I wanted to be doing,” Erickson said, explaining that just like the innies, he worked in a window-less basement. “I was just walking into work one day. It was 9:00 a.m. and I literally just had the thought like, ‘God, what if I could jump ahead and suddenly it would be five? And I would have done the day’s work, but I wouldn’t have to experience it.'” Iconic.
I hear it is really good!

Hacks, if you can find it, is really good too.

I'm almost done watching this on Netflix.  Finding it very interesting.  It's amazing the people they interviewed for it.  They have guys who were beside him in his revolution, guys who were in are in exile because they tried to kill him, his ex lover who the US hired to kill him then she backed out, his son and daughter...etc.

Paradise on Hulu.

I am a HUGE James Mardsen fan and loved Jury Duty (I think that was the name), but I am 10 minutes into Paradise and he is awesome.

This is all anecdotal of course, I have no idea how popular the show currently is because I have yet to see the statistics.

Okay, Paradise is even better!

If you liked the Truman Show, Sophies Choice, Terms of Endearment, Naked Gun and Platoon...this show is for you!

I can't stop laughing at how funny it is.

The more I watch shows, the more I wonder if some of you can even handle watching shows without losing you minds???

Also, Handmaids is still going???  The f#&%?

Highly recommend Alice in Borderland. It's a Japanese show that is kinda like squid games, but it's entirely it's own thing and a really great show. The end of season 2 left me mind blown! Season 3 is supposed to be coming soon so a good time to catch up

This is my 4th reminder to watch Severance because it's the best new show on TV right now.

Also, the first scene of WoT season 3 was released today. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come, because the CGI and fighting is much better here than anything they did in the first 2 seasons.

I sort of want to recommend The Madness on Netflix but…..

I enjoyed it and couldn’t stop watching but it does have it’s shortcomings. Not sure where the fault lies but most of the characters are not consistent throughout and they don’t react to circumstances like normal people would. It’s kinda like they just do what’s convenient for the story at the time. But it was also a real page turner so….do with that what you will.
